Back when Plaza had $1 FPDW at the bar, I had a bartender refuse a $5 tip after I hit deuces for a $1000 handpay. He went on to tell me it was "an insult" and told me I could give it to the other bartender on duty. (I don't know if they shared tips.) I was still behind for the day after the "jackpot".
