[vpFREE] Return of a Bonus Jack or Better Game

I am not quite sure of what the game is called. I was asked
if it was a reasonable play (considering the other options
avaialbe) and I could not answer him. I asked him to to be
sure of the game specifics and he double checked.

He said it is only avaialbe at $.10 in a (3 or 5) play game.
It is at an Indian Casino with no full pay games. He said
8/6 Jacks is their best and was wondering if this was close
to that return.

Straigh Flush 1500
Any 4 of Kind 500
Full House 45
Flush 25
3 of Kind 15
2 Pair 10
Jacks of Better 5

You are required to pay an extra coin for maximum pay
Thus 18 coins for 3 Play and 30 coins for 5 Play.
Has anyone seen this game and know the name and return
for this game? Obviously, the bonus is on the Straight
Flush and any 4 of a Kind.
