How much would you tip if the amount was anonymous? Obviously, in most situations, it would be much less. For example, I have never seen anyone call over a change person to give them a tip when they hit $ deuces for a $1000, however, the same person will fork over $10 or more for 2$ deuces which pay $2000 simply because it is a handpay. Yet it is not the fault of the player that the IRS still has the tax threshold at $1200 as it has been for at least 30 years.

It often seems interesting to me that the cocktail waitress is content with a $1 tip while the change person is not content with a $5 tip.
