It took forever to get an attendant but he opened up the machine was able to confirm immediately that I had indeed been dealt a flush. He called a supervisor who insisted that the slot tech run some tests to see if the buttons could come unstuck. The slot tech did a number of things with the buttons and they both concluded that the buttons were faulty. The supervisor paid me the 90 credits I had lost and then shut the machine down.

Any idea how they determined buttons were faulty? Anytime I have had them checked, they push them a few times and see on the screen that it cycles on and off and say that nothing is wrong.

On the other hand, I have had btton that were very difficult to make contact to hold the card, and do/did not have a problem demonstrating that.
