Couldn't help but a get a little chuckle out of this post. Especially after reading the one you'd sent just before this - about your stay at Caesars. Perhaps for some people, the types of treatment you were critical of receiving "on the Strip" are exactly why they go Downtown.
And just to refresh your memory:
[Just returned from LV today. Stayed at CP Augustus tower. Room was nice, but the shower leaked. It was fixed once but still leaked (less). Housekeeping/Engineering slow to respond. What really pissed me off was the outright refusal of CP, both the cashier and the casino host, to redeem my change. Had to leave carrying about 5 pounds of change won in the slot machines and paid out by the ticket redeemer machines. Next time I will leave my maid's tip in change. See if she can do her job carrying the change in HER pocket. They
just have no respect for the casino patrons anymore.]
