Following hitting a third high denomination Royal Flush in as many years, a California Native American casino mailed me a trespass letter. I noticed online that they wiped of my marketing free play, but not my point account worth more than $1,000. Does anyone know who I would sent a request for cash out of these points. Would it be Director of Slots or Director of Casino Marketing or Slot Club Manager?
I have previous had my slot club accounts closed at Valley View and Agua Caliente. In the former the cash value was awarded to me. In the later I was told I casino was stealing the money, well not in those exact words ( I said I HAVE $XXXX in points to which they replied I HAD $XXXX worth of points).
