Now you're giving away my favorite room location in LV. Every time I glance out the window it's breathtaking (last there 2 weeks ago).
Great thing is that you don't have to compete for a high floor view ... mid-tower affords the most spectacular fountain views.

Some of Augustus tower in Caesars have room with a view of the Bellagio fountain. This is your best bet, especially if you are Diamond or higher, ask a host to see if they can book it. Some Ballys rooms and Cromwell also view it.
