Things may have changed since then – although if you are Diamond and/or eligible for free parking the procedure may be fairly simple.

We were there March 19th-23rd.  Came in from the back alley by Highroller.  Pulled in and drove up past all the vallet parking to 3rd level and above.  Parked, walked the strip for hours, came back and left.  No KIOSKS, no gates, no attendants.
