I've been playing VP for about 20 years, maybe longer, I've lost track. I've used Bob Dancer's program as well as being a member of VideoPoker.com. I use their site to brush up before each trip to Vegas (3 times a year).

My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate. I'd love the opportunity to test your new program.
