Re: [vpFREE] Cosmo fined $160 million for backroom assault



I wonder what the settlement was.  It could be more than $160 million because of the possibility of punitive damages or it could be less because of the possibility of appeals.  I had no idea that a person's earning potential was that relevant to these cases.
