I talked to my former host and she confirmed that although Palms gave me a chairman card dated 6/2017 that I was only chairman until Dec. 2016. I feel totally ripped off since not only had the desk issuing the card told me benefits were good for 6 months, they issued the card dated til June, and the host herself and desk both told me card would be good until June and I would receive a Princess cruise.
I am thinking of contacting Nevada Gaming Commission, though I feel it would do no good except to perhaps direct some of my anger and frustration somewhere. Any opinions? And does anyone have their address?
Meanwhile I will no longer gamble at Palms or Stations other than pick up free play I have and I recommend people go to Coast casinos instead.
