Tom, the screenshot of the game was put up by someone in another gambling forum. He says it's a real game in a real casino in the US. But I think it's a hoax. I think it's an arcade game. He says it's for dollars. It would have been a $5000 hit if for dollars and the machine would have locked up for a W-2G handpay instead of racking up the credits.
