I'm diamond aspirations lvl 1 and have $100 folio coming to me but I don't spend anything in the casino except gamble so I don't change anything to my room.

I read that harrahs new Orleans converts the folio into reward credits.

I will be at harrahs new Orleans this week.

where/who do I see to convert the $100 folio into reward credits?
