There are several reasons that may be why your host is not contacting you back -- they may be no longer be working at the casino! This sometimes happens and no one ever contact the players or even changes the hosts email account (and maybe phone). Another possibility is illness or vacation. And then there's the horrible truth that some of them are just bad. So my suggestion is for you to call and ask to speak to a different host and ask them about what is happening with your host. Any host at the property should be able to answer your questions or book rooms etc.
