You are going to get a royal about 1/40000. It will be sequential (or reverse sequential) 1/60. therefore the probability of sequential is 1/2400000 (without strategy changes). Assuming a 25 cent game you will gain 7200 bets ($9000) when you get the royal. This is a gain of 7200/2400000=0.003=0.3%. This alone will bring the game to over 100%. Add a little extra for strategy changes and you might get the figure that you quote Kiki.
