[vpFREE] Question about Aces and Eights

It says on VPFree2 (a site that is an essential tool for VP players) that the Aces and Eights at Circus Circus in Las Vegas has a 100.25% return. Yet, Winpoker has a 99.78%
return for the same paytable. This is for the base game without the royal progressive.
Does the 10K on a sequential royal make that much of a difference?
