I noticed in Friday's newspaper that Sam's Town has an * as well as The Orleans and Gold Coast, meaning that players who do not have an 89000-89199 address can get Friday-Sat multipliers only at the Suncoast. The written rules still say that Sam's Town does give them to non-locals. If I were a non-local, I'd definitely check first.
