Most non-Harrah's casinos will give you a top card and freeplay bonus if you flash a 7 Stars card. The 7 Stars card is probably worth more in non-Harrah's casinos than in Harrah's casinos. In addition to just finding them on the casino floor, you can also buy them on Ebay:
