That's the way it has been in Caesars LV rooms for some time now.  But if you go downstairs (inconvenient, I know), they've got a coffee/tea service in the Seven Stars/Diamond Registration room.  Much better than paying $7.00 at Starbucks (with a 10 minute wait because of the line usually there).
