I'm sure he's in Griffin,  probably soon to be in the NV Gaming Black Book,  and no doubt Biometrica and the new OSN database.    Yes, it's unfortunate that customers who have committed no crime other than to be unprofitable are in these various databases right along side of criminals and cheats.  (Except for the Black Book which is all cheats and criminals).
