It seems to me that vpFREE2 is making a good improvement by removing
useless information. When the original database was first designed in
2002, bounceback was not universal, so it was valuable information to
show which casinos had it and which did not. Now just about every
casino has bounceback, so it's more efficient to just note which ones
do not.
