pNSUD is 98.913% with perfect strategy. You had better have some real good
benefits if you play this game.

(If it is a progressive that would help but would require strategy
adjustments.)

I believe one easy adjustment form NSUD is that all one deuce open end
straights are played as such rather than stiff deuce.

Using Frugal Video Poker, pNSUD returns 98.907417% and using perfect NSUD
strategy it returns 98.898095%.
