I haven't found where Ivey or his guest have admitted anything about reading "marked cards" to their advantage. And if they requested the same deck be used on day #2, the casino had every opportunity to say no, investigate, or tell them they were not welcome to play any longer. After-the-fact accusations and unsupported assertions radiate uncertainty and weakness. In fact, they were behind $700k at one point, and no one would do that on purpose to set a game up. Ivey is no Negranu--he has a blemish-free past and is considered the best in the world at live poker. This seems like a sour grapes move on the part of the casino, and I hope he gets his money soon.

In small part, I agree that there was an active role of the players in making sure the "marked" cards were easily identifiable, and that they were in use a second day.
