Easy fella..I meant no disrespect.
I can't quote NJ reg by rote but I know that it is stated in their regs that the cards have to dealt as if it were done by a "live" dealer.
As for NYS I am only stating what the regs are in regards to their VLT machines.
Perhaps you should have also read the other replies on this topic which seem to concur with my observations.
