Have to agree with you. I've been on 10 NCL cruises including Epic and my
room key has never been casino card.

I have been on 9 Norwegian cruises, aboard Dawn,Pearl,Jewel,Spirit,and Gem
and every time my room key was not my casino card. When I entered my cabin
the letter welcoming us and casino card and drink card were on the bed.
