I've found the best deals on car rentals through Costco. This trip (4/27
- 5/2) booked an intermediate through Costco, they have a bunch of
companies and cars listed....the best deal this time was Budget and it's $71.22
including all the extra charges and taxes. I couldn't believe what a great
price it was!

vehicles, upgrades or downgrades, available at the time. The one I got was neon
blue. I realized while driving to the gas station that the A/C didn't
work...they replaced it with another neon blue PT Cruiser, supposedly the only
other car on their lot that wasn't reserved. Even if I were a fan of neon
blue PT Cruisers, the hassle of picking it up and dropping it off at a remote
location wasn't worth the relatively small amount of money I saved.
