[vpFREE] Re: using NCL certificates

Your 7 stars trip is a balcony (in most cases) so why would you combine that with anything else, as you won't get a higher upgrade?

FYI I called NCL yesterday. If you and your sae household person get different offers, you can combine them on the same sailing. Upgrading from inside to outside is about $75 pp. Upgrading from inside to balcony is about $300 pp. When you both have certificates they CAN be combined as follows.

inside+inside= ocean view (except on the Epic where there are none)
inside+outside= balcony
outside+outside= balcony

Harrahs seems to be giving away LOTS more of these cruise certificates as of late. Both times I sailed this year the ship was at capacity, so there was no chance for onboard last minute upgrades.
