Great news for Seven Stars !
Since my wife and I are both Seven Stars and cruisers,I have spent several
hours of phone time with NCL and CET on the issue of two Seven Stars from
the same household booking separate rooms on the same cruise. Since it made
no sense that I could determine, I sought an explanation. After many
arguments and unpleasant conversations I have gotten to the bottom of the
policy: it isn't meant to apply to two Seven Stars using their annual
cruise certificates. If you have problems booking through the normal
process with NCL, you need to call NCL Casino Marketing Resources @ ( 305 )
436 4242 and speak to Charles Poakeart. I have been told by CET marketing,
at the highest level I could reach, that he will handle your booking with
no problems. I was also told to look for wording changes in the
certificates ... we'll see.
I hope this helps and Good Luck
Joel P
