I guess I misread post, I thought u were asking about brining a 9 year old, that is why I talked about the arcade. If child is a 9 mo old, it is a baby, so I don't know why u are asking about "family" activities. A baby pretty much doesn't care what is happening around them, does it? Anyway, sorry about any confusion.
