[vpFREE] vpFree2.com seems to have inaccurate Super Times Pay listings?

Perhaps I am just using the wrong search criteria on vpfree2.com but I can't seem to find many listings for the Super Times Pay machines. On supertimespay.com there are multiple listings for just about every state but these listing do not seem to correlate to vpfree2.com. Am I misunderstanding something?
