[vpFREE] Rooms at Harrahs Las Vegas--Advice sought--thanks in advance

We are sorry if this question has been answered before, but multiple searches of old messages have not produced any info.

We will be staying @ harrahs LV for 4 days early next month. We know it is not the fanciest, but the price/location made it very attractive. Anybody have thoughts on what location/type room we should try to get?

We requested a king bed and a non-smoking room, and wonder what else we should seek. The clerk who took our reservation told us we should ask for an upgrade on check-in. As we are rarely in LV and have never been inside this particular property any advice as to which tower(s)/floor(s)/views etc. are most desirable would be appreciated.
