[vpFREE] The Rivers - Des Plaines IL (corrections)

At the Rivers (Des Plaines IL) the two leftmost machines in the High Limit
area have back glasses indicating the Quick Quads and Super Times pay
features respectively. The features do not exist and these are both really
normal Fifty Play. I have corrected the database. Thus no 99% or better
plays at the Rivers-Des Plaines.
