Every time I tip larger than average when I drop off and request they keep the car up front they seem to do it regardless of having a computer or not. Many casinos will deliver a car faster if you have a top tier card such as Harrahs. To each their own but Im not waiting in long lines to get my car. I learned the hard way over the last 20+ years of going to Vegas casinos. Hey if they're happy with $2 from you at the casino you go to than more power to you but it doesn't work at many places on the strip. At most local casinos I self park anyway, going to the strip is usually only reserved for special restaurants or shows.
