[vpFREE] Re: Tipping the Valet

When I go to Nevada (& I've been at least 350 times since the mid 90's)I generally check into a half dozen hotels to get whatever they're offerring me each visit, and I always valet park. The only time I ever tip on the way in is when I drive my best car and want it looked after out front (I give the attendant a twenty) and that hasn't been very often. All other times I'm in a rental, and I have never given more than a buck on the way out--regardless if I'm at Sam's Town or Wynn.

I don't worry about what they think or what kind of looks they give me, or if they pool tips or not. None of those are the reason I'm there. My rental car isn't worth a thing to me, and I've never even considered blowing money in any casino.
