Were you asleep for the last three years? that is how long Phil and Kara have been out of Red Rock. Phil is at Paris and Kara at the Palms. No Red Rock host can do much for you particularly if you are local. They are cracking down hard on comps - hosts have so little discretion Eli Prussin fled to Mesquite. Red Rock is the last Station property you want to go to if you need something from a host. Go to Palace Station, their hosts will help you because they can.
