Actually, I just read on LVA that Bill Zender's Casino-ology-2 is out. I don't know if he covers things we're talking about, but I think I'm going to order it right now. I've heard Zender before, and he's a very sharp cookie! I'm a slow reader, if anyone gets this before I do, please post a book report.
