I can't speak for Western Village, but after playing a few months at the Peppermill I've received some nice (1/2 off airfare and free lodging) offers for the Peppermill's three properties in Wendover, NV. Since this is primarily a Vegas group you might have a better time finding an answer to your Peppermill question using the Reno VPfree.
