Subject: [vpFREE] Need Federal ID Number for Lumiere Place casino

I lost a W-2G form from Lumiere Place Casino in St. Louis, MO, and I have waited til the last minute to do my taxes, and now I need the Federal Identification Number for Lumiere (the number used on W-2G forms). I know the dollar amount of the win, but need that number. I keep getting the voice-mail run-around on the phone with Lumiere.

Can anyone help me?
