VPW gives a penalty-free strategy of always holding the wild ST4 with
789-TJQ, and never holding 567-678 with a deuce, which gets you up to
99.72611% - about 0.00025% better than frugal's suggested strategy.
it will also generate an "error report", which reveals that perfect
play is 0.00218% better than strategy play, of which 0.00024% can be
attributed to playing wild ST4's perfectly. for every 100 hours that
you play $1 NSUD, knowing those perfect rules might save you a dollar!
(personally, the next time i teach someone to play NSUD, i'm leaving
the "wild ST4" line off their chart entirely. one less thing to think
about - and be distracted by, possibly inducing errors that actually
matter - is worth 0.001% any day in my book.)
