I was in Aruba early November 2009. There are only three casinos out of about 9 with any playable VP and the choices at these three are limited. But most casinos have table game MPs available at the $5.00 and $10 level in many of the tourist mags/rags. Table games are typically not open during the day, only slots and VP.

The 3 playable VP options are:

A. Crystal Casino -- LG Smith Blvd 82, Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino, Oranjestad Downtown (Open 24 Hours) 6-25c 9/6 FP JOB Progressive Uprights up against left wall.

Also some $1.00 9/6 J0B slanttop Progressives in rear of casino but be beware because royal only pays $2,500 to start on the $1.00 9/6 games (thus reducing the EV below 99%).You can get $5 FP for signup and there are $10 table MPs available in most of the tourist rags.

B. Excelsior Casino -- JE Irausquin Blvd 230, Holiday Inn SunSpree Aruba Resort, Palm Beach (9:00 AM - 4:00 AM) 3 or 4 - $1.00 FP (99.95%) Pick-Em uprights up against the wall near the casino bar. Slots/VP open at 9:00 AM; table games open about 1:00 PM, $10 MPs for tables available in most of the tourist rags

C. The Casino -- JE Irausquin Blvd 81, Radisson Aruba Resort & Casino, Palm Beach (12:00 PM to 4:00 AM) 4 - $1.00 9/6 JOB scattered; 6 - 25c 9/6 JOB scattered. All machines are very, very old and slow and IIRC coin droppers. Most are mixed in banks which also have short pay in same bank, so be careful about switching machines. Slots/VP open about 12:00 PM. But player's club not open until 5:00 PM

The rest have no playable VP

Stellaris Casino -- LG Smith Blvd 101, Aruba Marriott Resort, Palm Beach - Wincard Deal available for table games. No Playable VP.

Alhambra Casino -JE Irausquin Blvd 47, Manchebo Beach, Oranjestad (10:00 AM - 4:00 AM) No playable VP. $5 MPs available in tourist rags

Casablanca Casino - JE Irausquin Blvd 77, Westin Hotel Casino, Palm Beach (10:00 Am - 4:00 AM) No playable VP. $10 table MPs available in tourist rags. Table game not open until 5:00 or 6;00 PM

The Occidental Grand Casino, JE Irausquin Blvd. 83, (at the Occidental) Palm Beach , 12:00 PM - 2:00 AM) No Playable VP

RIU Palm Beach (new very upscale hotel) - No Playable VP. MPs available in mags/rags and I seem to remember $5.00 or $10.00 of FP for signup.
