I have stayed at South Point several times, once in a comped suite. There
rooms are very nice. Their spa is pretty good too. They do have bowling and
a movie theatre plus lots of video poker. I have won there often. I once
hit 4 Deuces on the first line of a 100 play machine playing DW. Wow I just
sat and looked at it for a while before I hit the button.
I have not stayed at M yet but I have a comped room there for the weekend
of January 22nd. According to the most recent Las Vegas Advisor they have
pulled most of their playable video poker. I hope that is wrong but they are
generally on target. Hope this helps some.
I also like SunCoast in Summerlin but the one time I stayed at Silverton,
the room was not great and I am not crazy about their pool (not an issue at
this time).
