You opened a big can of worms here and I will be happy to stir the pot.

I spend quite a bit of time in casinos, and have ordered lots of drinks (alcohol and non). I typically tip $1 per drink, sometimes if I get a bottle of water with something else like a coke, I may only tip $1 total. I cant remember the last time I thought the waitress considered this a low tip. I dont come to vegas much at all and do believe the waitresses in vegas are spoiled and have high expectations compared to other cities. Lets do some math here. If I can carry about 15-20 drinks on my tray and do about 3 rounds per hour. If each drink brings in $1, I make about $50 per hour cash. Sure there are a few that tip less (or none) but there are those that tip more.
