Too many abuses. At the Rampart I was told I could not use my 2009 coupon
Until Dec 21, since there is a one per limit per year and I used the 2008
coupon last year??.
The shift manager finally let me play it since he noted I was at Rampart

Every day playing VP. I was told there was extensive abuse with players
coming in every
Day with a coupon. Almost every use requires the pit to log the use (way
too cumbersome).
This is not the first year it has happened. I dread the looks I'll get when
I use my Longhorn coupons.
BTW, I've experienced similar problems with ACG.
