The "Dream Card", when active completes a hand by selecting the 5th card on the deal that yields the highest EV based upon the first four dealt cards.

As the game details note, that means if you were dealt a trip within the first 4 cards when the "Dream Card" is active, a quad is guaranteed.

If you're not happy with the card for any reason, a button sits to the side that allows you to change the card to any other value in the deck before pressing deal.

You pay a strong premium for this, wagering 10 credits rather than 5. The frequency with which the features is activated varies by game ... presumably a game such as DDB has a lower frequency than JB. My guess is that the feature is roughly ER neutral (but I've seen no analysis of it yet).
