[vpFREE] re: Dream Card Video Poker

I tried this online. Seems like a fun wrinkle except for one thing.

How do I know that the 'Dream Card' (TM) is really a better card than
I would have gotten normally?

For example, suppose the machine deals me 3 Ks. Maybe it shows 2 of
them and makes the 3rd one a 'Dream Card' (TM) giving the illusion
that I got something more than the pair I would have been dealt.

Wouldn't this be illegal though according to gaming regs?

Would a number of trials turn up a larger percentage of winning hands
proving that the 'Dream Card' (TM) is actually doing something? (Given
that these are played at higher cost the end result is likely slightly
less than a normal machine.)

Finally, can the 'Dream Card' (TM) be played retroactively? I have a
couple of hands in the past 2 years where I could have gotten a Royal
if I had a couple of those 'Dream Cards' (TM) in my Royal Flusher
Utility Manbag.
