Re: [vpFREE] Re: Boyd Gaming Attempting to Acquire Station Casinos

Not sure about outside of downtown, but MSS offers a lot of 9/6 (including bar tops), as well as 8/5 BP in $1 up (database shows over 20 machines, including some $2 and $5).  The Cal has some $5 9/6 and a decent selection of 8/5 BP in a multitude of denominations.  Fremont even has some old pick em machines if you're into that.

All that being said I'd have to agree continued consolidation of casinos is probably not a good thing for players.  Luckily Station has nothing downtown, so hopefully my home base won't be affected by this.

Aside from a handful of Optiums that they both comp less than full on, neither company has 9/6 - Station does have 8/5 BP in $1 and up and its plentiful, Boyd except for Gold Coast does not offer 8/5 Bonus, certainly not at Suncoast or Orleans, so what do you think? What do you think paytables will look like with no competition?
