Have you tried using the "advanced" search feature on vpFREE2 to locate the specific games at the denominations you prefer playing? That will provide you with not only specific casinos but. in many cases, machine locations within those casinos.

Not really sure what you mean by ". . .but the machines weren't consistently strong . . .". You're either playing full-pay paytables or reduced paytables. And you're right - even at the higher denominations, you're not going to find the best v.p. on The Strip.
