They've backed off that ban. AC is WAY down on business with Penn., Deleware and WV starting table games and Maryland and Ohio slots coming next year. PA's Sands is booming while the AC Sands site is a permanent dirt farm. Look for 2 or 3 places to close by the end of 2010. The last thing they want to do is chase away smokers. They chase away enough people with the tolls and the insane "pay to park" which is a CITY tax-casinos have no say on it.
