Here's the whole quote from their website: "To qualify to win the weekly cash prizes, participants must earn points by playing specially marked machines."

The tournament machines are "the specially marked machines" that you must play to win the tournament.

Everyone gets one entry but you can play any machine in the casino to qualify for a maximum of two 2nd chance entries. 100 points gets a 2nd chance entry.

Copies of official rules for Silverton promotions are available on the counter of the box office to the right of the slot club.
