I can't tell you what plays would be different on lower paytables because I don't play enough less than FP to make it worth my while to know. But I'd think there would be at least a couple of plays that would make a difference in EV with 4oK paying 4 verusus 5 on DW.
Generally if you are practicing Dueces Wild on Winpoker the default DW machine/game is set to a FP schedule of 1-2-2-3-5-9-15-25-200-800.
If you use this strategy to play other paytables, you likely will be giving up EV playing an improper strategy .
So if you know what the exact paytable(s) are going to be in advance, you might try adjusting the paytable(s) using the "User Defined Games" feature of Winpoker if your iPhone version has it. That way you would only be giving up EV as a result of the lower paytables, but not as a result of an inaccurate strategy as well.
Alternatively you might try VP Genius on line, this site has an enormous amount of VP resources available as well.

I've been playing Deuces Wild switching between quarter, half dollar and dollar level. I use the vpFREE website to find the best games but it seems I always end up staying on the strip and playing whatever crappy pay tables are put in front of me. On my trip last month I hit 4 deuces 3 times in 24 hours. First was at the 50 cent level at Bellagio for a $500 win. The next morning I hit 4 deuces at the 25 cent level at Venetian after an hour of play, then switched to dollar level and hit 4 deuces again a mere 30 hands later. I was then presented with a prompt offering a "double up" which I realized was a double or nothing situation. I chose no and got the heck out of there after tipping the lady 20 dollars for the hand pay.
